Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on IT architecture concepts and proficient advanced experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Advanced knowledge of front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. typescript/react)
Advanced knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g. Java/SpringBoot)
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages
Experience in Microservices architecture
Proficient in Database technologies
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
