As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll be a key player in our mission to deliver top-notch ServiceNow solutions. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from designing and developing custom applications to mentoring junior developers and driving best practices.

Project Management:- Project Driver: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Effective Communicator: Keep stakeholders/BSA/Manager informed with clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Who You Are:- Experienced Professional: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and total of 7+ years of experience
- ServiceNow Specialist: You have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, Integrations and Custom Applications.
- Coding Pro: Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages and frameworks.
- Documentation Ace: Excellent documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile Expert: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and leading development teams.
- Certified Expert: ServiceNow certifications (like CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly desirable.
Bonus Points For:- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Prior experience in secure and regulated environments.
