Shift Hours: 11:00 AM -7:00 PM Sun-Thursday OR 11:00 AM -7:00 PM Saturday-Thursday


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls though 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.
  • Send messages from internal/external customers to the BSC sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
  • Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.
  • Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.

Required qualifications:

  • 1 Year with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
