Wake up for this:

  • Managing and leading a team of Account Managers.
  • Carrying the team quota (renewals and upsells).
  • Supporting and coaching the Account Managers through the customer lifecycle - from onboarding to renewal.
  • Assisting with onboarding and its collaterals.
  • Helping in building additional sales processes and infrastructure flows (ie: Handbooks, additional tools, specific needs within Salesforce).
  • Creating relevant collaterals about the product based on value-proposition and industry needs.
  • Start relevant Account Management strategic initiatives to strengthen the team and the department.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of full cycle SaaS sales / commercial experience - must.
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience in Account Management - must.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills and experience of speaking to senior client leaders.
  • Impressive commercial negotiation skills, contract navigation, and legal understanding.
  • Experience with large volumes of client accounts across EMEA / APAC.
  • Knowledgeable about portfolio management and planning.
  • Strong track record of performance management (renewals, upsells) and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to build strong personal stakeholder relationships.
  • Leadership skills (not afraid to join client calls and show the way) and team development.
  • Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive.
  • Experience with Sales software such as Salesforce, Monday, Outreach etc.
  • Native English level - required.
