Key Responsibilitiesmay include but are not limited to
:
- Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process, user and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.
- Gathers insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, and pain points. Exposes unarticulated problems and unmet needs.
- Documents business process, business and user needs in the form of problem statements to make up the backlog. Facilitates the “how” with the Engineering team.
- Support project execution by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in the development and execution of training programs for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with developing various types of requirements and user stories.
- Good understanding of global sourcing and procurement processes. Knowledge of SAP /ERP applications for sourcing, procurement, travel & employee expense, and supplier management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with procurement systems Ariba, Fieldglass, SAP etc.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is preferred.
- Experience working within a product organization.
