Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with business leaders to define digital strategy to support global supply chain priorities.

• Articulates value delivery and business impact of digital strategy initiatives to key stakeholders.

• Maintain a validated systems operations state in accordance with internal Software Validation procedures.

• Analyze the needs of functional departments and establish detailed objectives, goals, and priorities for implementing IT solutions to support functional initiatives or provide ongoing systems support.

• Provide program management for ongoing and future enhancements to existing applications and new investments that will support business areas.

• Ensures compliance of service delivery through adherence of service level agreements for class a/b applications.

• Partner within the broader IT organisation to ensure alignment and delivery on cross-functional initiatives

• Provide governance and facilitate the portfolio of demand from a specific group of business customers.

• Lead teams and managers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• L8 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, IS or related fields.

• 7-10+ years of experience in Information Technology system delivery and projects, covering Supply Chain Manufacturing related technologies., strong knowledge of manufacturing system interdependencies and integrations (SAP, EAI, Automation)

• 5+ years of people management experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.

• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

• Proficiency in organizing information effectively for presentation.

• Able to communicate technical concepts to IT and non-IT audiences.

• Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures.

• Strong program management and leadership skills

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Detail oriented and organized. Performs to a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

• The job requires 20% travel to visit BSC sites.
