JOB DESCRIPTION

As a QCS Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide on-site technical support and expertise for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of QCS equipment at customer sites. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Cottonton, AL location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by ensuring the optimal performance of our QCS solutions. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and commission QCS equipment at customer sites

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of QCS systems to ensure optimal performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions

• Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of QCS solutions

• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports and customer communication

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience in field service engineering or a related role

• Knowledge of Quality Control Systems (QCS) and related equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
