Manage end-to-end event coordination and production, including:
Event messaging/marketing
Materials creation
Signage and branding
Contract negotiation and vendor relations
Site selection and venue coordination
Registration and attendee management
Agenda planning and speaker coordination
Staffing, on-site production, and F&B planning
Post-event reporting and analysis
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Field/Strategic Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Developer Relations, Engineering, Executive Support, etc.) to drive alignment, maximize event visibility, and enablement.
Collaborate with the Strategic Event Operations team to assist with campaign creation, lead flow management, and sponsorship sales and fulfillment.
Effectively manage event budgets and evaluate ROI to optimize performance.
Deliver thoughtful wrap-up reports and ROI analyses to drive continuous improvement.
Generate insights and recommendations for future event optimization.

Qualifications
5+ years of event marketing, event management, or field marketing experience.
Proven ability to develop engaging events that align with business goals.
Strong project management and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Experience working independently while collaborating in a global, distributed team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with copywriting or crafting compelling, audience-centric content.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Cvent.
Willingness to travel ~35% (domestically & globally).
Bachelor’s degree required.
Based in EMEA.
