ISC Transformation Program Manager

As a ISC Transformation Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and managing supply chain transformation initiatives within an organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic programs aimed at optimizing and improving the efficiency, agility, and effectiveness of the supply chain operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of supply chain transformation projects on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
Your role:

Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the different functions (e.g. R&D, ISC, Quality, Regulatory, Regions) to define the overall supply chain transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify key areas for improvement and develop a comprehensive roadmap for transforming the supply chain function.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current supply chain processes, systems, and technologies to identify gaps and areas of improvement.

Program Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute supply chain programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. This includes defining program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for supply chain transformation initiatives.

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, IWD, procurement, operations, Quality, R&D and IT, to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with key stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization to gain support and alignment for supply chain transformation initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, possible external vendors, and partners to ensure effective collaboration and successful program outcomes.

  • Communicate project updates, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.

Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working within the supply chain function.

  • Identify and address potential resistance to change, proactively addressing concerns and providing necessary training and support to stakeholders.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to drive successful adoption.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function, promoting innovation and efficiency enhancements.

  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for further optimization and transformation.

  • Lead post-implementation reviews and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned.

You're the right fit if:

  • At least10 yearsin various functions of the Supply Chain including but not limited to operations, program and change management in a global company > €3bln in revenues and geographically diverse.

  • Strong background in E2E supply chain management, with a focus on transformation and capability improvement (connect the dots), all with a strong bias to action.

  • A proven track record of successfully leading and driving supply chain transformation initiatives within complex organizations, that enabled business growth and improved customer experience.

  • Expertise in change management and a demonstrated ability to lead and influence organizational change. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly effective at leading conversations that influence and drive optimized decisions with multiple executive stakeholders, your peers on the leadership team and the central ISC teams. Confident in presenting own position despite resistance or unfavorable reactions from others.

  • Able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly. Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions. Effective to lead and coach organization to create models to analyze “what-if” scenarios for proactive planning purposes.

  • Provides thought leadership in building connections between supply chain actions and strategic business outcomes. Anticipates future threats and opportunities for our customers and businesses and makes decisions based on global business conditions and strategies. Strategies are inclusive of data and intuition and encompass whole systems thinking.

  • Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments. Able to hold peers, partners and self-accountable to commitments.
