Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product manufacturing or manufacturing test.
- 8 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in working with Original Design Manufacturer (ODMs), contract manufacturers and component suppliers for data center server accelerator products (e.g., Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), Field-programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), and to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and process improvements.
- Experience with designing, manufacturing, and deployment of data center compute, accelerator or storage products and related systems/solutions.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Ability to manage multiple vendor related activities for manufacturing, test, quality or software systems.
