Job responsibilities
- Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
- Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
- Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
- Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
- Provide customers and coverage partners expertise in the entire suite of Liquidity and Account Services product offering
- Drive commercial, profitable relationships with customers
- Develop relationships with broader coverage / distribution partners across firm to proliferate new ideas / opportunities
- Become familiar with partner products/services (e.g. payments, blockchain, API’s) to help JPMorgan Payments wide proposition, including how these can complement liquidity solutions
- Actively engage customers, peers and product partners to provide thought leadership opportunities to drive internal/external transformation
- Author thought leadership articles for broader market awareness and participate in industry wide forums
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or related field (e.g. consulting)
- In depth Payments/Cash Management/Liquidity knowledge
- Proven client-facing experience
- Critical thinker who can digest complex topics and distill into simple themes
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting with multiple functional partners; Effective communicator both written and verbally
- Sole-contributor who can create bespoke pitch books/analyses in support of business development
- Able to handle multiple parallel threads with a high degree of organization
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with Bank regulatory framework (e.g. LCR, GSIB, etc.)
- Understanding of Corporate treasury and Money markets
- Client monies and associated regulation, have good awareness of applicability in the context of licensed Payment institutions (PI), Electronic money institutions (EMIs), MSBs/e-money (wallet)
- Deep understanding of capital market dynamics, and consequent application in the context of corporate treasuries (currency/risk management, hedging programs)
