Your key responsibilities
–
- Ability to define business processes to understand how the technology needs to be integrated and enabled
- Work with end clients/ engagements to understand their technical requirement and build the solution as per requirement.
Technology Skills–
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI along with SQL or Python. Good to have experience in atleast two of them.
- Experience in advanced excel – VBA will be added advantage
- Experience in web scrapping, predictive analytics will be added advantage.
Tax Technical Skills–
- Not needed for current requirement.

- End to end delivery management using technology in a services environment.
- Maintains interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Establish the processes, propose credible options
Skills and attributes for success
Transition assistance manager will perform the below functions:

- Understand the functioning of the engagement tools and technology solutions.
- Work with the EY tax teams and understand their current data requirements and fulfill their data needs
- Good communication skills to conduct trainings and process demos
- Publishing weekly reports to the leadership displaying the progress of the project

- Responsible for quality of service
- Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed
- Flag the risks appropriately at right time
Learning & Development–
- Responsible for implementing innovative ideas
- Responsible for development of re-usable assets
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors or master’s degree, preferably in technology
- 1-3 years’ experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment
