Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Work with the VMware squad to define & own demand KPIs for the VMware on IBM Cloud Campaign based on overall objectives defined by the business
  • Be responsible for strategy & GTM tactics & execution of the VMware on IBM Cloud campaign
  • Clearly communicate the demand strategy to VMware on IBM Cloud Squad , the Cloud Marketing executives, the demand strategy leaders and the web & automation teams.
  • Create an omnichannel digital journey for key audiences, including but not limited to: organic search, paid search, web, email, and routing.
  • Ensure the RLM plans for the campaign is optimised and lead enablement for the digital sales teams to impact creation of high quality pipeline which converts to revenue
  • Lead ongoing experimentation and have a maniacal focus on outcomes
  • Perform deep analysis of marketing performance across aspects such as tactic type, content asset, channel, audience segment or business line
  • Insight into action – cycling of performance insights directly back into planning and orchestration

Draw out deep analytics & insights about the overall performance of the Cloud campaign and recommend actions to close the ga

Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in demand strategy & campaign execution
  • Very strong analytical skills – drawing out actionable insights from omni-channel campaign data
  • Overall 8+ years of experience with 4-5 years in demand strategy and 2 years in marketing analytics


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Masters degree or MBA (Marketing)
  • Experience as a Digital marketing professional.
