Technical Excellence

- The person must be a Chartered Accountant and should have atleast 5 years of experience in Direct-tax Litigation (including international taxation and transfer pricing).
- The person must be proficient with Income-tax laws including interpretation of Tax treaties.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Chartered Accountant or CA & LLB
• 5+ years
