Preventing detecting and responding to risks like commercial and cybercrime, litigation and improving integrity within organizations is all about using technology smarter, whether through digital forensics or the latest eDiscovery methodologies. Our clients look to us to make it happen, and as a Forensic Technology specialist you’ll be right at the heart of that goal. It’s a role with far-reaching implications, so you’ll be working with stakeholders across industries with some of the most leading technology, deep subject-matter knowledge, and broad global sector experience.
As part of the team, you will allow our clients and their legal counsel to make informed, strategic decisions, by providing them with Digital Forensic, eDiscovery- and (Cyber) Incident & Privacy Response related services.
You will have a (technical) contribution to F&IS client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be actively participating as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress while deepening your subject matter knowledge and developing valuable insights. You will assist in performing (forensic) analysis and preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
