You will work with our suppliers to enable them to produce materials and components of the high quality. Working closely with our internal cross function team, we select and monitor suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform supplier new process qualification and regular supplier audit to ensure the successful launch of new product and the high quality of existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.

You will:

• Work with suppliers to develop and implement quality management plan to ensure the product quality
• Deal with material quality issues to ensure root course be identified andcorrective/preventativeactions be implemented in supplier site
• Provides risk assessment and recommendation on new suppliers and new technology, develop supplier’s manufacturing process to enable new technology
• Conduct new supplier/new site qualification audit and regular supplier audit according to Dell standards and requirements
• Drive supplier continuous improvement with lean, automation, digitalization and advanced quality tools

Essential Requirements

• Master or Bachler degree, major in science and engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in quality or engineering area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork and project management skills
• Good written and oral communication capability in English and Chinese

Desirable Requirements

• Software programming knowledge and experience is plus
• Mechanical manufacturing and decoration experience
