Job Description

The Order to Cash, Billing and Accounts Receivable Product Manager primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process, user and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.

Has knowledge of and leverages existing solutions to benefit their stakeholders through using IT communities

Introduces and inspires change at all stages of product development.

Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery.

Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad.

Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.

Open and receptive to listening. Asks thoughtful questions. Curious and persistent. Able to discern pain points and simplify complex problems.

Adept at managing diverse relationships across expertise, geography, and culture, regardless of organizational hierarchy.

5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies.

Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders.

Agile and/or Product Management Certifications

Experience working in a globally distributed implementation squad.

Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO) and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Experience working in a Life Sciences/Pharma company in SAP is a plus

Experience with Electronic Invoicing like Peppol Exchange a plus
