Your Career
This position involves overseeing 10 high-touch salespeople who propose/sell security platforms to large domestic companies. Each salesperson will be responsible for around 25 large companies, and as a sales manager, you will be responsible for around 240 accounts. You will review each salesperson's territory plans and support them to maximize their business.
In addition, for important business negotiations, you will work together with each salesperson to develop account plans and deal plans, and support them to create and close concrete business negotiations.
Your Impact
- We will work with the SE department, sales and SEs in the product department, and other security specialist teams to solve the problems
- We will update the progress of sales negotiations on a regular basis on CRM
- We will manage quarterly figures in weekly forecast meetings
- We will also disseminate and share information by frequently holding study sessions and discussions within the team
Your Experience
[MUST]
- 5+ years of experience managing a high-touch sales organization for major domestic companies
- 10+ years of experience selling IT solutions
- Ability to build relationships with C-level and manager-level customers
- Presentation skills
- Business planning skills such as territory plans and account plans
- Ability to achieve quarterly numbers
