Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in launching and testing software products, and 3 years of experience with software design, and architecture.
- Experience in designing and building distributed systems.
- Experience with Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java or C++.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead/Architect.
- Experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI security.
- Experience mentoring executive engineers and teams, and collaborating with multiple teams and convincing technical stakeholders.
- Experience in security technologies or compliance regimes.
- Knowledge of working on horizontal projects with impact across product teams.
