Description
- Act as resident expert in an assigned commodity- Manage forecast and supply, ensure supply chain flexibility to minimize risks- Manage and develop suppliers to maintain industry leading quality, delivery and cost- Spot improvement opportunities in supply chain and work to execute key initiatives and strategies- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA/BE degree with supply chain or commodity management experience; MBA a plus but not required
- English, Mandarin fluency. Other language fluency a plus but not required
- Operations/supply chain management experience

- Quick learner
- Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver strategic business initiatives
- Outstanding analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment - individually and as a member of a team
- Ability to handle different and competing priorities
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
- Familiar with Python/Tableau, data analysis etc. is a plus
- Travel: Frequent travel might be required during some parts of the year, depending on the commodities
