As the Senior Enterprise Performance Management Administrator, you’ll be the primary point of contact, system advocate and subject matter expert for the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications at Jacobs. You’ll maintain, provide governance, test, troubleshoot and administer processes as a systems liaison to support the business. This will include actively monitoring, performing validations and troubleshooting across application integration points. You’ll also ensure business-as-usual operation of the production environment including escalation of issues to IT-DBA teams, Oracle Support and/or opening SR’s when needed.
You’ll be the subject matter expert (SME) for EPM applications at Jacobs, including but not limited to:
- Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Enterprise Planning and Budget Cloud (EPBCS)
- Financial Data Quality Management EE/Data Management
- Oracle E-Business Suite for Master Data Management
You’ll also regularly and successfully:
- Maintain and troubleshoot business rules, data load procedures and automation scripts.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps for the EPM applications.
- Mitigate risk, advocate for application best practices, host user training and assist users.
- Manage application requests for change and new enhancements which may include hosting discovery meetings to define requirements with business/technical teams.
- Evaluate technical designs, develop and coordinate application of unit/SIT/acceptance testing to ensure controlled release to Production environment.
- Ensure adherence to SOX and Internal Control Matrix procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or related field
- Professional administration experience with Hyperion v11.1X/EPM Cloud/Essbase
- Consulting experience or minimum (2) implementations on-premise/cloud
- Proficient with multi-dimensional cube designs (ASO or BSO) while considering best practices, tuning & performance optimizations
- Experience with financial close / consolidations/ planning-forecasting business process
- Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Smart View
- Experience with system governance to include both establishing policy and enforcing
- Willingness to work in global team, with various time zones including overlap with the US.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have Experience with:
- EPBCS, including Workforce and Projects modules
- EPM Cloud security models
- Reporting concepts Management Reports/Financial Reporting, Smart View, Forms, Grids, etc
- Calculation Manager, development of custom business rules, MAXL scripting, Groovy, etc
- Custom integration design using FDM Classic/EE/Data Management or Essbase load rules
- EPMAutomate, Visual Basic scripting, lights-out/batch process control
