• Customer Engagement and Solutions : Demonstrate a strong customer focus by persistently pursuing positive outcomes, leveraging resources and technical knowledge to provide solutions, resolve issues, and rebuild customer relationships across all Microsoft products and services.

• Promoting Microsoft Value Proposition : Engage a diverse range of customers to understand their needs and explain how technology solutions can help achieve their goals, highlighting the value proposition of the Microsoft Experience Centre (MEC) or Employee Company Store (ECS), and driving cross-selling and solution sales.

• Conducting Tours and Facilitating Events : Professionally and passionately conduct tours of the MEC/ECS or Microsoft's Visitor Centre to encourage brand awareness, and assist in organising public and private events in coordination with Microsoft partners.

• Technical Support at the Answer Desk : In the MEC, provide technical support by troubleshooting software and hardware problems, upgrading and repairing devices, and showcasing Microsoft's products and services during customer appointments.

• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing : Complete all required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications. Proactively seek help, welcome feedback and coaching, and share customer insights and solutions with the team to enhance collective knowledge.

• Inventory Management : Maintain the organisation and appearance of the back-of-house area and sales floor, manage inventory using Microsoft's D365 system, ensure inventory integrity and accuracy, and adjust layouts to accommodate new products or seasonal demands.

• Compliance with Policies and Procedures : Adhere strictly to all compliance requirements, including operational policies and procedures, device handling, and personal data policies, ensuring all activities align with company standards.
