Key Responsibilities:

As a Risk Consultant, you will be responsible to lead risk engagements such as internal audit, enterprise risk management and other risk advisory projects. You will be expected to lead meetings, perform review of work completed by staff consultants, develop and coach staff consultants and address their queries.

As an experienced consultant, you will begin to develop specialized knowledge, manage larger and more complex projects, and will have greater responsibility for engagement delivery and execution.

Key areas of focus include:

• Internal audit
• Governance, risk and compliance (GRC)
• Process & control improvement

Skills and attributes for success

• Working effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating engagement managers on progress
• Helping prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel
• Building strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Consulting Services and with other services across the organization
• Contribute to performance feedback for staff
• Other cognate duties

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, STEM or other related field of study
• Industry related certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIA, CRMA, CRICS)
• Approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Related audit or applicable business consulting experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Ms Excel, Ms Word and Ms PowerPoint
• Knowledge in data analytics would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
• International business experience preferred
