As ayou’ll identify and drive strategic initiatives that unlock substantial and durable improvements to Dell Technologies. You’ll provide thought leadership in design, planning and due diligence, as the Team guides the Services Strategic and business development priorities to help achieve our long-term growth and transformation goals. This team also keeps us ahead of the curve by studying trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.


You will:

  • Drive all aspects of strategic initiatives, from initial framing to data gathering, to recommendations, to driving resolutions with company leadership, to translating to strategic operational plans
  • Drive intelligent influence, challenging the status quo and enabling the team to break patterns of thinking and behavior
  • Parse large, complex, ambiguous and often intractable business issues into actionable bodies of work; identify and elevate key strategic issues and opportunities for the company to consider
  • Create and structure deliverables in a simple, clear, concise manner that aligns and drives resolutions and action
  • Act as a thought partner (“trusted advisor”) for Executives across Dell Technologies Services and proactively develop and maintain relationships with relevant subject matter experts


Essential Requirements:

  • 15 - 18 years of related experience in a technology sector and 4+ years of strategy consulting experience post undergrad, or 2+ years of strategy consulting experience post MBA
  • Strong communications and presentation skills; Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative logical ability; high level of adaptability and flexibility to tackle a variety of roles (e.g., quarterback; problem-solver; project co-owner) across a broad range of complex assignments
  • Super organized, efficient and comfortable managing ambiguity; Able to break down complexities and navigate various stakeholders effectively to drive results
  • Adept interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility quickly with business partners
