Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
- Partners with product/business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
- Understands and communicates the implications of innovative technologies and process improvements on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap for innovation and process improvement
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics
- Writes requirements, epics, and user stories and ensures alignment of initiatives with business priorities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Understanding of basic analytics tools
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technology stakeholders
- Knowledge of technologies and methodologies that support innovation and process improvement
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Candidate from a Travel or Financial Services background preferred
- Experience with data analytics tools and platforms like Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Certifications in Agile methodologies or relevant technologies would be an advantage
- Prior experience working in a product organization, driving collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions
