Shape product direction:
- Contribute to product or feature direction by suggesting features and enhancements to improve the overall experience
- Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution.
- Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create cohesive, best-in-class experiences to our most challenging and high impact areas.
- Deeply understand the business goal and customer goals, balancing them to create impact
Deliver high quality designs showcasing excellence and craft:
- Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively
- Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development
- Collaborate closely with designers on the team to gather feedback, define features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area
- Collaborate with central design system team and other designers to identify opportunities for standardization and incorporate recommendations for components.
- Evangelize and drive product standards.

- Partner with cross-functional teams and disciplines to gain a deep understanding of the problem space, explore strategic opportunities, and solve complex problems.
- Provide feedback to leadership about performance and opportunities.
- Provide feedback, mentoring and guidance to team members.

What you bring
The successful candidate will bring the following experience and attributes:
- Comes from Cloud/SaaS and/or Digital enterprises, is used to working in high growth and fast-paced technology firms
- Track record of design excellence and bringing high quality products to market (5-8 years of experience in product design or UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing product impact
- Ability to think long- and short-term to meet the constraints of the product requests while iterating toward a future vision
- Clear communication skill and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions.
- High curiosity. Comfortable in ambiguity and able to solve problems through building effective relationships across the organization. Ability to learn and change.
- Degree or Masters in Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent
- Experience developing products from 0-1, shipping marketplace and/or platform experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global markets
- Experience with small and medium businesses
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and monetization
