Key Responsibilities:2) WW Compliance Parity: Partner with multiple teams, including Tax, Operations, business and engineering, to deep dive on 1000+ exceptions across 19 marketplaces and 280+ carriers ensuring compliance for the invoices getting paid.4) Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, ensuring alignment on objectives, and driving the successful implementation of initiatives.5) Program Leadership: Lead large-scale programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, effective change management, and achievement of project milestones in alignment with organizational goals.

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
