Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Proactively and quickly learn new and emerging technologies and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architectures to both technical and business audiences.
- Collaboration skills and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization across engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to create narratives targeted to different segments, delivering clear outcomes and a call to action.
- Analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use data to build and present business cases to marketing, sales and engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to identify the nuances and details of the product or solution, key competitive differentiators and be able to simplify the messaging for customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Creative problem solver. Positive, motivational, and inspiring. Strategic thinker who is curious, resilient and goal oriented with a bias for action.
