What you'll do
Interact directly with customers through chat and phone to help solve real-world technical issues
Handle and follow up on customer support cases in collaboration with experienced engineers
Create and maintain knowledge base articles (KBAs) to help others learn from your work
Work closely with colleagues in Vienna, gaining cross-border teamwork experience
Communicate regularly in English in a global, multicultural environment
Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (or until the conditions of being an active student are met)
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules are 24 / 32 / 40 hours per week)
What you bring
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
Interest in technical topics and a willingness to learn (no coding experience required)
German language skills are a plus
