Act as trusted advisor to the Talent Development Leader and senior business stakeholders
Build close working relationships with senior SL business stakeholders and Talent Executive colleagues
Lead the development of the Region Cross-SL Learning plan and budget, including alignment to EY Learning and business strategy and prioritisation of Region Cross-SL Learning investments
Ensure the adoption and deployment of the EY global Cross-SL Learning curriculum, and accommodate specific local requirements
Monitor and manage execution of the Region Cross-SL Learning plan and budget
Provide oversight of end-to-end Cross-SL Learning processes and team with Region SLs to drive process consistency
Define, design and develop Learning:
Identify and validate key Cross-SL Region business priorities, coordinating with the Talent Executive and other SLs to look for common themes and avoid duplication
Submit Local Learning Solutions for go / no go decisions
Input Region Learning needs into Cross-SL Learning curriculum planning processes
Review and approve define, design and develop Learning deliverables as required (including Skills Lists, Learning Solution Plans, Task Analysis, Design Specifications, Objectives, Deployment Plans and Learning materials)
Submit local Learning for CPE review and approval
Measure Learning:
Leverage central evaluation reporting processes and tools
Escalate Learning Program feedback to Cross-SL Talent Executive stakeholders
Plan continuous improvement of local Region content
Learning facilitation:
Facilitate Cross-SL Learning Programs as required
To qualify for the role you must have:
Leadership capabilities and ability to manage resources
Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
Clear, comprehensive understanding of EY and EY Talent and the link between the talent team strategy and business strategy

Strong client focus with the ability to network, manage relationships and work virtually/ across borders

Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
