Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in organization design, gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization.
Experience conducting the full life-cycle of workplace concerns or investigations in a global landscape with employees at all levels.
Ability to operate with empathy, diffuse/de-escalate issues, conversations, situations, navigate ambiguity, and complexity.
Excellent investigation interview techniques, communication, problem-solving, and writing skills.
