What you’ll do

• Drive development of the OTC derivatives operating model across our Middle Office and Fund Accounting businesses.
• Collaborate with Technology colleagues to ensure applications are designed to optimally support a broad range of asset classes.
• Work closely with sales and implementation teams to identify client requirements and ensure successful onboarding.
• Lead and develop a global team of OTC subject matter experts.
• Influence senior stakeholders to gain funding and support for technology development programmes.
• Solve complex inquiries, conduct discovery and complete due diligence activities for client requests.
• Lead and engage with project teams to provide OTC Derivatives expertise.
• Optimise existing processes to minimise exceptions and manual processes.
• Prioritise team resources across a portfolio of transformation, client change and implementation projects.

What we’ll need from you

• Broad experience of OTC derivative products and markets, ideally within an investment management context.
• Strong client engagement skills, able to understand requirements and engage in technical conversations with a commercial mindset.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence at a senior level
• Ability to work and prioritise across multiple programmes.
• Experience in management of globally dispersed direct reporting and virtual teams
