Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Experience in developing microservices and shipping at scale

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineering Manager with experience in managing all aspects of multi-tenant services. You will have a ability to design components meticulously, handle errors effectively, and write clean, well-factored code with robust testing and high maintainability.Responsibilities include:

• Leading the team in design, development and optimization of standardized frameworks and pipelines for ingestion and consumption of data at a very high scale.
• Ensuring services and processes meet security, privacy, and accessibility standards, demonstrating compliance.
• Coordinating project and release plans with stakeholders, breaking down long-term visions into milestones and guiding resource management.
• Leading data collection and analysis to refine products and make informed engineering decisions.
• Integrating and reviews telemetry data to ensure system performance and reliability, creating dashboards and notifications.
• Working with various engineering teams and drive clarity, generate energy and deliver result.
