The Principal WW GTM Acceleration will be responsible for defining, building and deploying effective and targeted programs to accelerate Support business growth. You will also directly influence the future of the AWS Support business, specifically through new and improved GTM initiatives. You will directly interface with the Support product management and development teams regarding customer and partner requirements, working closely with AWS marketing, sales, partner and ProServe teams to position Support services for customers and partners. You will also own the GTM strategy for the acceleration of specialists, sales, and solution architects with specific programs and sales plays.AWS Global ServicesKey job responsibilities

Shape the GTM strategy for future products and innovations
Grow Support portfolio adoption through new channels and tooling including Generative AI;
Define, build and deploy enterprise focused sales and specialist campaigns around the Support offering;
Exhibit cloud services expertise, and handling and scaling sales campaigns with enterprises and enterprise partners;Serve as an evangelist for new services within AWS, and externally;Establish metrics to measure and track related to adoption of the service, and field seller awareness with a continual focus on improving the approach based on those measurements;
