In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their business needs and requirements.
• Utilize Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) software to analyze, design, and implement solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement demand planning strategies, forecasting models, and inventory optimization techniques using Blue Yonder tools.
• Provide expertise and recommendations to enhance clients’ supply chain efficiencies and optimize inventory levels.
• technical expertise in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder software modules.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certification in Blue Yonder (JDA) demand planning and technical modules would be advantageous
• Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics is a plus.
• Certification:Certification in Blue Yonder (JDA) software is advantageous.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4-6 years of experience specifically focused on Blue Yonder (JDA) software solutions, including demand planning, supply chain optimization, and technical consulting
• Expertise in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder modules for both demand planning and technical aspects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
