- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in growing engineering teams over a short period of time.
- Experience in developing security products.
- Experience building large-scale data analytics and insights products.
- Experience in building scalable backend infrastructure.
- Ability to recruit, inspire, and motivate an Engineering team to work together as a cohesive and productive unit.
