As a Project Management Consultant, you will deliver projects and programs on time, within budget and to the delight of the customer. As the customer’s trusted advisor, you will work with the Project Management Office, Client Resources, Vendor Resources and C-level stakeholders on the development of a project and program implementation plan which articulates the role of Dell Technologies within the account. You will guide software developers through creation of a custom software application to ensure the successful delivery of a custom software product that meets the customers specified acceptance criteria. You will also provide leadership, project management, and coordination of the efforts of a team to achieve project objectives, as well as work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver greater value with each software release.You will:
Be responsible for software design decisions and code reviews, leveraging acceptable open-source technologies.
Lead information assurance and cyber accreditation for custom software product, and ensure quality service and operational performance
Focus the customer and cross-functional teams on working together to achieve the end state solution, driving the business outcome and vision while advising the customer on risks, trends and opportunities
Effectively allocate and manages costs and investments for technology and resources, across the program
Inform, manage, report and practicemitigation/avoidance/acceptanceof dependency and impact management via a consistent program approach and communications
Essential Requirements
12+ years of experience managing large, complex software technology projects and program implementations
Must be US Citizen, and able to obtain/maintain a US Government security clearance at a minimum of Secret level
Track record of managing all aspects of delivering custom software in support of Federal Instrumentation and systems test and evaluation community
Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing
Ability to manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirements
Desirable Requirements
PMI certified with experience applying Six Sigma methodology and working/leading in an Agile methodology
Advanced knowledge business/technology transformation programs such as Digital IT, Security and Workforce
