A day in the life may look like this:
Provide go-to-market support for key launches to ensure users can reap the full benefits of product capabilities
Provide user support for our platforms, such as managing our customer support slack channels to facilitating onboarding sessions with new power users. When necessary, troubleshoot user issues and escalating to Tech teams as needed
Serve as a customer advocate throughout the product development lifecycle, from conducting empathy interviews, ideating solutions, to providing post-launch support
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters or MBA degree
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of People Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects
