Structure and development of methodologies and best practices for exploration, proof of concept / technology and pilots of digital tools, platforms and technologies
Development of GenerativeAI business in Global Operations - identify key business use cases which GenAI is a suitable solution for, and can bring high value to Global Operations growth and efficiency. Create a business strategy & roadmap for GenAI growth together with the BI Center of Excellence, under the Digital Solution organization.
Leading and managing digital exploration initiatives : This includes overseeing the entire process from idea generation to completion, recommendation and ROI.
Fostering a culture of creativity : Encouraging and nurturing an environment where new ideas can flourish.
Implementing new ideas and solutions : Ensuring that innovative concepts are effectively executed and integrated into the organization when there is a good fit of value, ROI and adaptability to KLA digital eco-system.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams : Working closely with various departments to generate and implement innovative ideas.
Building and maintaining relationships : Establishing strong connections with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and external partners, including IT & Global Operations organizations.
Conducting market research and Industry benchmark : Gathering insights to identify emerging technologies, leading tools and platforms and stay ahead of industry trends.
Communicating progress and results : Keeping senior leadership and stakeholders informed about the progress and outcomes of the digital innovation business.
Interaction, meetings and discussion with teams and individuals which are part of Operations organizations around the globe - working in non-standard hours is expected to manage the different time zones.
Travel is expected, up to 30%
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.
Experience in driving GenerativeAI programs
Experience in leading digital innovation, exploration, POC / POT and Pilots
Experience in development of methodologies and best practices
Experience in driving market research and benchmark activities in the industry
Good knowledge in Operations business process and different business areas (Master-Scheduling, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, WH management)
Good knowledge in Digital systems, platforms and technologies
High level of communication & presentation skills, including to executive teams
Good interpersonal capabilities, ability to drive programs within cross-functional teams and organizations.
