Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple digital ad channels that may include Google Ads, 6sense ABM ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

• Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Collaborate with the web team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with ad messaging.

• Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Regularly analyze data and report on analytics and insights from digital ads and related landing page performance.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and landing page optimization.

• Work closely with the other areas of marketing and product teams to align advertising strategies and messaging.

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for digital advertising that goes beyond day-to-day optimizations.

• Potentially conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve landing page performance.

• Potentially recommend web personalization to further enhance performance.


Desired Skills and Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (be sure to call out which ad platforms you’ve personally managed).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Retargeting and Video campaigns.
• Experience with 6sense ABM ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Understanding of the customer journey and how to optimize it through digital advertising.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starting and ability to work without constant supervision.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Certification in Google Ads and/or other relevant platforms is a plus.
• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Comfort with shifted schedule to accommodate some overlap with North American hours
