Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
Typically 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience in building data infrastructure and solutions (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring, building advanced visualizations).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Candidates will typically have 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Typically 2 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, and/or debugging.
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
