As a Senior Accessibility Lead and part of the CoE Leadership Team this role requires:Experience of technical accessibility and accessibility standards to drive remediation efforts and technical methodologies for accessibility testing.Ability to develop scalable accessibility processes, tooling, training and strategic programs.
- Demonstrable experience in hiring mentoring and managing the performance of staff.
- Strong experience in front end engineering or designing and developing applications in Web, iOS or macOS.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.x guidelines and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Knowledge of accessibility features built into Apple products and other assistive technologies.
- Ability to communicate and influence senior executives and stakeholders using excellent negotiation skills.
- Understanding of other international accessibility standards and disability legislation.
- Promotes a team environment that values, supports and encourages differences.
