Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and help negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Monitor and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the company in managing litigation, arbitration, and other legal disputes.
- Advise senior management and business units on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meetings, filings, and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions as needed.
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees on legal issues and compliance policies.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Law
- 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with in-house legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Russian language – fluent; English – at least upper intermediate level
