What you'll do:

As a DevOps cum MS Teams Configuration and setup expert, you will work with a team which builds and delivers various use cases for our CRM product, Cloud for Customer, by leveraging the all the collaboration capabilities of Microsoft Teams. You will be required to setup the Admin specific configuration which influences various Cloud for Customer touch points with Microsoft Teams. You will be working on the integration components with Microsoft Teams which supports all the integration use cases. You will provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end-users on Microsoft Teams and Azure integration capabilities. To ensure that we deliver our customers with state of the art and seamless collaboration features you will be required to design and develop integration test strategies, including scripts for various scenarios and make them ready for productization. You will also be involved in customer conversations in identifying their issues and needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions or alternatives.

You will also have to take care of the life cycle of the product releases, i.e. end to end generation of builds for internal testing, taking care of build scripts, pipelines and take actions on scan results from the pipeline. You would be required to deploy MS Teams integration services and also take care of deploying and updating MS Teams apps to the Microsoft Store.

What you bring:

5 to 7 years of work experience on CRM products and integration with Microsoft products especially MS Teams

Have exposure in setting up and configuring systems related to integration of products with Microsoft

Expertise with Software Composition Auditing tools like BlackDuck, Mend etc.

Knowledge of software development standards, integration testing and designing test strategies

Exposure to managing CI/CD pipeline, taking care of integrating various scans tools, deployments to AWS, Azure will be an added advantage

Exposure to Docker, K8s and scripting languages will be an added advantage

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with clarity to both technical and non-technical users

An Agile mindset with high level of curiosity

B.E/B.Tech, MCAor equivalent education
