Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent experience in a client-facing role, advising on and delivering solutions for business problems.
8 years of experience in consulting and transformation, and in managing projects with ambiguity, multiple information sources, and managing multiple stakeholders across the globe with competing priorities.
Experience analyzing and advising, commercial negotiations and governing SOW constructs for service-based agreements and commercial models.
Experience in conducting/drawing insights from multiple data analysis to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a contract role with a professional services and Consulting organization.
Ability to deliver business transformation programs in a fluid, and dynamic environment.
Ability to identify and understand business problems, and craft creative, impactful solutions.
Ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally and at the executive level.
Ability to operate with autonomy and independence in complex environments, demonstrate thought leadership and result oriented at fast speed.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
