Understand business requirements of our on-premise HCM customers in area of Personnel Administration and Time Management
Translate localization or country-specific business requirements to standardized business configuration
Use Business Integration Builder (BIB) to create such a standard business configuration for our customers to migrate/replicate their personnel data to Employee Central and vice-versa
Identify means by which our customers and implementation partners can quickly adapt and apply the Best Practice business configuration for accelerating their cloud transformation.
Provide standard implementation of business logic in ABAP within Business Add-Ins (BADIs) to adhere to localized requirements or wherever applicable
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (or similar area) would be preferred
8+ years of professional experience
Working experience in SAP ERP HCM - Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management and standard integrations, preferably in a global setup
Coding experience in ABAP development environment is essential, including Business Add-ins (BADIs) implementations
Knowledge of Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central would be a plus
Effective Communication and Collaboration skills in a global team setup
