JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary customerinterface responsible for the development of business, and management ofrelationships, with a specific customer or customers.
  • Understanding ofthe customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of thevalue that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
  • Dissemination ofkey messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywellbrings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization.
  • Business partnerto the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes thebusiness potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplierinterface for all products, solutions and services with this customer.
  • Champions thecustomers’ needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization.
You Must Have
  • University Degreeor equivalent experience level
  • 7-10 years solid sales experience in a front facing role
  • Strong Experience in process automation
  • Proven trackrecord of success in the Mining industry in SSA
  • Experience inbuilding and maintaining relations at customers (different levels)
  • Experienced incomplex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle atsenior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships,team selling and opportunity planning.
  • Marketing andproject management experience is desirable
  • Experience working with EPCs and End-Users
