Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the Digital Marketing/Advertising industries.
Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience with working in business and pitching to clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and engaged promotions.
Experience in managing partnerships.
Experience in working in a changing and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition.
Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and overachieve quotas to drive growth.
