To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

· A post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from reputed institute with strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition expertise.

5+ years' experience in managing transformation programs / complex, largescale process design from scope to completion for large RPOs.
The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/master’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a sourcing/recruitment role, with a
minimum of 2 years of people management experience
• The ideal candidate should have an ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex
problems and assist junior team member being a RPO Implant.

Knowledge of HR technologies services.

• 5-8 years of Process Design and Implementation experience preferably in HR
Consulting /Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Lateral thinker, strong data analysis skills, and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
within the firm & clients
