SeniorFinance Managers in our team help us transform the way we measure business performance, manage resources, and lead financial activities using business intelligence, modeling, and analytics. As aSeniorFinance Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to use your insights and strategic thinking to partner with leaders on financial analysis, financial decisions and investments, and process transformation projects.

We are looking for Finance professionals with proficient modeling and analytical skills combined with executive presence. The ideal candidates will be able to dive into the details and understand the key drivers as well as effectively communicate results/drivers to business partners including executives. Will alsocuriosity, is a fast learner and has a passion to understand the business models and drivers in our Consumer business and products.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience partnering with business/functional leaders.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience
  • OR Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • OR equivalent experience
• Demonstrated prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated drive for results, and impact orientation
• Proficient communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven executive presence

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. • Communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including executive audiences, using structured analysis and visual storytelling.
